Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size and clean, but some noise from the breakfast area was a drawback. The service, especially from Armida, was kind and attentive. The location, though convenient to UCLA, felt a bit confusing at first with a busy traffic junction nearby.

I want to give a special shoutout to Armida for being so kind and helpful during our stay. The staff even carried all our luggage up to our 4th-floor room, which was truly appreciated.

Even though the surroundings were not very good, being conveniently near UCLA Ronald Reagan Hospital was a plus. The hotel's position right on the 405 and Santa Monica Boulevard in West LA was both convenient and slightly weird.

The hotel is conveniently near UCLA Ronald Reagan, with good services and food outlets within walking distance. The rooms are okay, nothing great, and the noise from the main road and on-ramp to the freeway can be disturbing. The service is up to Holliday Inn standards with very good lighting and nice gel/soap/shampoo amenities. The location is nice, close to restaurants and entertainment, but can look a little sketchy at night. The dining experience offers standard Holiday Inn fare inside and external tents, with delicious dishes. Additional Details: Clean rooms, friendly staff; Noisy location, sketchy at night.

I had a wonderful stay overall. The rooms were extremely clean and updated, but unfortunately, they had a pungent odor like formaldehyde. The service was exceptional, with the staff always very friendly and welcoming, although the noise from outside disturbed my sleep. The location was exactly what I needed, despite being subject to considerable noise at times. The dining options were good, and the facilities met my expectations.
